By engaging in a transaction with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all materials submitted for printing do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

By submitting content, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and reproduce the material. Shashin Studio is not liable for any unauthorized use of copyrighted or protected content provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse service for orders that contain illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without proper authorization.

These terms may be updated at any time, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review them periodically.
2. Orders and Payments

We require full payment before processing an order unless an agreement for partial payment is made.

Accepted payment methods:

GCash

Bank transfer

Cash (for walk-in orders)

Bulk orders (large-volume printing, photocards, or document processing) may require a minimum 50% deposit before processing.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.
3. Turnaround Time and Order Processing

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Standard processing times:

Laminated IDs, thesis/research printing and small print jobs: within 1 day
-
Photocards: 2-3 days
-
Bulk print orders: 10 days
-
Custom design or special requests: Processing time varies

Rush orders: If you require your prints faster than the standard turnaround time, a 20% additional fee will be applied. Rush orders are subject to availability.

Customers will be notified in case of unexpected delays due to technical issues, supply shortages, or high order volume.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations:

Once an order has been paid for and processing has begun, cancellations are not allowed.

If you cancel before printing or processing starts, we may issue a partial refund (minus any transaction fees, if applicable).

Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be granted in cases where Shashin Studio is unable to fulfill an order due to unexpected circumstances.

No refunds will be given for:

Customer-provided errors (low-quality images, incorrect file submissions, typos).

Minor color variations (due to differences between screen display and actual prints).

Misuse or mishandling of printed materials after pickup or delivery.

5. File Submission and Print Quality

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted files are final, high-resolution, and print-ready.

Recommended file formats:

Images: PNG, JPEG (300 dpi preferred)

Documents: PDF (to preserve formatting)

Photocard designs: PSD (Photoshop) or high-quality PNG/JPEG

Shashin Studio is not responsible for printing errors due to low-resolution images, incorrect formatting, or poor-quality source files provided by the customer.

Minor adjustments (such as resizing) may be made for formatting, but major edits require an additional fee.
6. Pickup and Delivery

Customers can choose between pickup or delivery:

Pickup location: Unit C26, Sambahayan Condominium, Makaturing St., Brgy. Barangka Itaas, Mandaluyong City

Delivery options: Lalamove, Grab, J&T, or other third-party couriers (shipping fee paid by the customer).

Shashin Studio is not responsible for:

Delays caused by third-party delivery services.
-
Damages to printed materials during shipping.

Customers should inspect their orders immediately upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours.
7. Liability and Disputes

Shashin Studio ensures high-quality printing but cannot guarantee exact color accuracy due to differences in monitor settings and printer output.

We are not liable for:

Customer errors (wrong file submissions, incorrect sizing, typos).

Misuse of prints (e.g., exposure to water, excessive bending, improper handling).

Third-party courier issues (damaged or lost shipments).
-

If there are any printing defects caused by Shashin Studio, we will review the issue and may offer a reprint or partial refund, depending on the case.

Customers must report disputes within 24 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
8. Privacy Policy

By transacting with Shashin Studio, customers consent to the use of their completed prints for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website galleries, and marketing materials.

Customers who do not wish to have their prints featured must inform Shashin Studio before order completion.

If a customer later decides they want their photos removed or modified from any promotional content, they may request this at any time, and Shashin Studio will comply within a reasonable timeframe.

All personal information, including contact details and submitted files, will be kept confidential and secure.

Shashin Studio will not share, sell, or distribute customer data to third parties for any reason.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Shashin Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately for new transactions.

Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
